We’ll open doors at 6:00 PM, giving everyone 20–30 minutes to arrive, sign in, and get comfortable in our private banquet space. Grab a drink, enjoy light bites, and settle in before the fun begins.

At around 6:30 PM, the Meet & Mingle rounds kick off! You’ll enjoy a series of short, lively conversations designed to spark genuine connections—without the swiping or screen time. The meeting portion will flow until about 9:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to meet and mingle.

From 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM, guests will have the option to enjoy open play on our private reserved pickleball courts—a fun way to keep the energy going, laugh together, and bond over some friendly games.

Whether you’re looking for new friendships, romance, or just a unique night out, this event is designed to bring real people together in a safe, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere.

By purchasing a ticket, signing a waiver, or attending any SoCal Sparks event, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility – Must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved.
2. Code of Conduct – Respectful behavior is required. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
3. Assumption of Risk – Attendees accept risks of social interaction, illness, injury, or travel. Organizer is not liable except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
4. Health & Safety – Do not attend if sick. Entry may be denied if visibly ill.
5. Tickets & Refunds – All sales final. No refunds. Transfers allowed once, up to 7 days before event. Late arrivals or no-shows forfeit ticket.
6. Event Changes – Organizer may modify, postpone, or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Tickets will roll over or be credited; no refunds.
7. No Guarantee – No promises of matches, ratios, or future dates. Participation is for social/entertainment only.
8. Media Consent – Events may be photographed/filmed. Attendance grants permission for promotional use unless you request otherwise at check-in.
9. Privacy – Only first names are shared. Contact info exchanged only on mutual match. Data is not sold.
10. Venue & Alcohol Rules – Must follow all venue rules. Attendees are responsible for their alcohol consumption and behavior.
11. Personal Property – Organizer/venue not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
12. Indemnification – Attendees agree to hold Organizer harmless from claims or damages caused by their actions.
13. Vendors – Organizer not responsible for third-party vendors or venue services.
14. Accessibility – Requests for accommodations must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
15. Governing Law – Agreement governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Los Angeles County small claims court.
16. Acknowledgment – By attending, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
